Modern Old-World Kitchen
This kitchen resides in a 1920s schist stone home right on the edge of Philadelphia’s Wissahickon Park. The homeowners for this project absolutely love their older home and the rooms that branch off from this kitchen, including a mud room, pantry, breakfast room and formal dining room. While this finished space still exudes traditional, Old World charm, it also now features plenty of wonderfully modern conveniences at the same time. They include:

And I love that the faucet is perfect, with about 30 seconds thought on my part. No baking yet, but the dinner prep we’ve done has had a nice flow to it.
